Tuba Christmas Comes to the Olympic Peninsula!
December 14 @ 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm
Free
TubaChristmas is a global music celebration honoring those who play, teach, and compose for instruments in the tuba family—including the tuba, sousaphone, baritone, and euphonium. The first TubaChristmas was organized by Harvey G. Phillips in tribute to his teacher, William Bell, who was born on Christmas Day in 1902.
Now in its 52nd year, this joyful tradition comes to Port Angeles and the Olympic Peninsula for the very first time! Join us for the inaugural Olympic Peninsula TubaChristmas concert on Sunday, December 14th and enjoy the rich harmonies of tubas, euphoniums, and baritones performing your favorite holiday tunes.
Bring your instrument and be part of the fun—or simply come and enjoy the music as the Olympic Peninsula joins more than 300 communities worldwide in celebrating this festive holiday tradition!
