JOYCE – Clallam County Sheriff’s investigators continue looking into a break in at a Joyce storage building.

On August 5, at around 2:18pm, owners of the Joyce Boatel Storage Units interrupted two burglars inside storage unit #43. The suspects arrived through a cut hole in the western fence that borders the property.  After being contacted by business owners, the two suspects fled.  One in a vehicle while the other fled on foot into the woods west of the storage units towards the Crescent School.

Deputies arrived and searched the area and were unable to locate either suspect.  Business owners described the male suspect as a white male approximately 6’00” tall, large/medium build wearing a gray stocking hat, facial COVID style mask covering, camouflage jacket, black shirt, and pants.  The male likely had reddish hair as the male at one point pulled down his mask a little to speak to the business owner and they noticed his mustache was reddish in color.  The male’s skin pigment was pale looking.

We’ve posted security camera pictures of the suspects and getaway car on our website with the story at myclallamcounty.com
