PORT ANGELES — A Sequim man is being held on a quarter million dollars bail, following his arrest after a standoff with law enforcement in east Clallam County.
32-year-old Anthony Lawrence Lee made a first court appearance yesterday afternoon. He’s been booked for second-degree attempted murder, second-degree assault and first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm.
He was arrested late Saturday night in Diamond Point, after investigators say he shot at a woman several times and hit her with the gun in a converted bus that served as a house.
Lee is prohibited from having a firearm.
The Washington State Patrol SWAT team was called in and used a non-lethal bullet and flash bang grenades in making the arrest.
The woman was seriously injured and taken to Olympic medical Center.
Lee will be back in court Wednesday.
