But the case began a month earlier. That’s when OPNET Detectives began an investigation into his alleged involvement in unlawful possession of firearms and trafficking stolen firearms. Detectives discovered Anderson, sold two firearms to a local resident. That resident later placed those firearms on consignment with a local firearms dealer. Both firearms had been previously reported stolen, one from Yakima, WA and the other from Anchorage, Alaska. Anderson is a convicted felon and is prohibited from possessing a firearm.

Law enforcement got an arrest warrant for Anderson for unlawful possession of a firearm and trafficking stolen firearms (2 counts). OPNET Detectives, the Clallam County Sheriff’s Office, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation formulated a plan to take Anderson into custody.

On March 3rd, 2024, Anderson was arrested while riding a motorcycle. Investigators say he was armed with a semi-automatic pistol at the time of his arrest. A search found approximately 139 grams of methamphetamine, approximately 48 grams of fentanyl, several digital scales, baggies and currency.

Anderson was booked into the Clallam County Jail.
