SEQUIM — The 23rd Annual Kid’s Fishing Day in Sequim is scheduled for Saturday, April 20 from 8:00am to 2:00pm at the Water Reuse Demonstration Pond on the north side of Carrie Blake Park.

All kids 14 years of age and younger are invited to participate, accompanied by an adult. No fishing license is required, and kids are allowed to keep two fish each.

Worms and power bait will be available, and a fish cleaning station will be onsite.

The event is sponsored by the North Olympic Peninsula Chapter of Puget Sound Anglers, the City of Sequim, and the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife.
