Yesterday, April 30th,  with the help of the FBI, Clallam County Sheriff’s Office was able to confirm the identity of a previously unidentified deceased female located in the water offshore from Neah Bay.

The female has been identified as 36-year-old Larimer County Colorado resident Jeryca W. Phelps. The circumstances of her death are still under investigation but there is no indication of foul play at this time.

On April 26^th, a fisherman called the United States Coast Guard after discovering the body in the water, about a half mile from the Neah Bay Coast.
