PORT ANGELES — Clallam County is shutting down many of its parks and recreational facilities.

As of Monday,  the county is stopping camping at the Dungeness Recreation Area and Salt Creek. Day use will still be allowed at those areas.

Camp David Junior is shut down to all use.

All buildings, except the office, at the Clallam County Fairgrounds will remain closed through mid-May.

Day use will also still be allowed at the following areas:

.Mary Lukes Wheeler .Three Waters

.Robin Hill Farm .Agnew Soccer Fields

.Clallam Bay “West” & “East”

.Lake Pleasant

.Fred Orr Ball Fields

.Quillayute River
